If you buy from me and have not recieved your item within 14 days [This is the Post Office rule - I always post within 2/5 working days of payment] please contact me and I will send you the proof of posting so that you can claim from the Post Office. I did not want to have to do this but I have been caught so many times by refunding and then the recipient does not reply to the letter from the Post Office and I do not get my refund from them.
